On Friday, Ukrainian drones struck a residential building at an oil refinery in the Russian city of Ryazan, causing a fire. According to the governor of the region, at least 4 people were killed in the attack on the residential building. The barrage occurred after a series of strikes by Russian drones in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, which killed at least 24 people.
