In court documents called John Dou, the plaintiff claims that he is led in the back premises at the Soho Club, where people used drugs and accompanied.
He said he realized that the drinks they were given were perceived and “influenced his abilities.”
In his statement, the plaintiff states that he entered and came out of consciousness, and when he was aware of what was happening, he could not stop it.
The statement claims that the “defenseless” plaintiff was raped by comb in the back room of the nightclub.
In a statement by the BBC in response to individual federal criminal cases, the Combso lawyer said: “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. COMBS has never been sexual attacks and did not turn anyone -a man or a woman, an adult or a minor.”
