Tax Expert Rita de Le Feria said the BBC that the proof of the UK resident, such as Mr. Swedler, makes “strategic big decisions” on investment in hedge fond, was a “obvious sign” that the UK had to be taxed by the UK.

“I think this is a pretty big smoking. This, again, is strong evidence that effective management of the company did not happen at the BWA,” she said.

Mr.’s lawyers said that “there could be no” no question about Mr. Sweether, or deliberately, or carelessly, participating in the illegal scheme to avoid paying tax. “

Mr. Lawyers said that in addition to the advice he received in connection with the tax affairs, he “expects that such advice” appealed “to those who are responsible for the maintenance of companies related to him.

Documents leaks also indicate how much non -payable income from the hedge -fashion investment dumm has passed through a network of oligarch’s companies before turning to Chelsea FC.

The investment in the hedge -found went back to their companies in BVI, and then their mother’s company Keygrove.

Keygrove then borrowed money to other companies on the Mr. Abramovich, which, in turn, borrowed Camberley International Investments Ltd – a company created in Bankroll Chelsea FC.

By 2021, when Chelsea won the Champions League, the UEFA club and the UEFA Super Cup, hundreds of millions of loans to the club could be attributed to Mr. Abramovich’s companies.
