The clip is pure 90s nostalgia because of Joey’s waves a scene “You’re afraid of the dark” — and she’s fully fleshed out, rocking a chic black top to match the drama.
It’s unclear if Joe was just having fun dressing up or if this was part of a secret project, but fans were shocked.
