Beyonce reminds people of BeyGOOD … launching massive changes through his foundation to help fight the Los Angeles wildfires.
The singer’s BeyGOOD foundation, which was launched back in 2013. posted on IG On Sunday, they are “taking action by announcing a $2.5 million donation to the Los Angeles Fire Relief Fund” … specifically to help those affected by the Eaton Fire; fire is still burning in northeast Los Angeles.
The foundation stated… “The fund is intended to assist families in the Altadena/Pasadena area who have lost their homes, as well as churches and community centers to address the immediate needs of those affected by the wildfires.”
As you know, the Eaton Fire isn’t the only wildfire to affect Southern California… the Pacific Palisades neighborhood has been completely destroyed in recent days, taking a number of celebrity homes with it.
In fact, Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowleslost his home in Malibu last week after the Palisades Fire spread to the coast.

So why focus on putting out the Eaton fire over general wildfire relief?
Well, Bay’s decision may have something to do with the fact that Eaton’s fire hit Altadena, a historically black neighborhood … where a number of black-owned businesses were wiped out by the inferno.
Meanwhile, Palisades is known for being a star-studded community … so he’ll probably put his money where it’s needed most.
