In the south of Montenegro, a gunman killed at least 10 people, including two children, according to the police.
At least some of the deaths occurred at a restaurant in the Cetinje area before the suspect reportedly moved on to other locations.
A verbal dispute between the guests preceded the shooting, RTCG quoted a police official as saying.
The suspect is still at large, and the search is underway. Prime Minister Milojka Spajic called the shooting a “terrible tragedy.”
