NBC News Friday, addressing what she claims happened at a 2000 MTV VMAs after-party, including a limo ride to Diddy’s house, and a drink that left her disturbed before the alleged sexual assault.

The prosecutor told NBC that he stands by the overall charge, arguing that those flaws in the story don’t mean the rape didn’t happen.
However, Jay-Z and his lawyer Alex Spiro His interview saw it differently … and immediately filed documents informing a judge of the new developments.In a letter obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Spiro calls his accusations “fabricated.”

Spiro says he will file a motion to dismiss the case soon.
