Bill Romanowski Says He’s Feeling Great Despite ’20 Documented Concussions’

Bill Romanowski tells TMZ Sports Despite the recurring head injury he’s suffered throughout his NFL career, he still feels great … though he admits he has to work on it every day.

The legendary tough guy played linebacker for four different teams in the league between 1988 and 2003 … and he revealed to us this week that he suffered “20 documented concussions” during that span.

But, he said, as of now, he’s showing no signs of ill effects from the concussions, though he regrets working like a dog every day to make sure things stay that way.


“I got this saying,” he said, “don’t let the old man in, because he knocks every day.” I’m working on it.

The 58-year-old says he takes “a million supplements” every day, including his own products Thin 1: nutrition line, and she also works out all the time.

Romo says he swims, lifts weights … and even gets red light therapy.

It’s all obviously important to him, especially after that Brett Favrerecently Parkinson’s diagnosis … as well as the genetic background of his family.

Romo told us his mother died of a battle with Alzheimer’s, so he’s “worried” about his future.

But look at the energy he had in our interview…it’s clear he’s not slowing down anytime soon.
