The 2024 Bengals are struggling to find wins…but Chad Johnson warns the team not to shoot Zach Taylor — narrator TMZ Sports “Changing the coach won’t change the s***.”
We caught up with the former Cincinnati superstar at LAX earlier this month … and just had to get his thoughts on the 4-7, underachieving Bengals.
Johnson made it clear that it’s definitely been a disappointing year … but he’s not ready to call for massive change just yet.
In fact, Ochocinco says he thinks there’s still an outside chance Taylor can turn the ship around. this the year.
“We can make a run in the last half of the season,” he said, “make the playoffs and shock the world.
However, if things continue as they have been, Chad tells fans to hold off on any kind of fire from Taylor.
“I don’t like it,” he said. “I don’t like it. We’re talking about a coach that’s three, maybe four years removed from us being in a goddamn Super Bowl.”
Taylor and the Bengals have six games left to make Johnson look really smart, starting with Sunday morning’s key AFC North opener against the Steelers.
