“1000-Lb Sisters” star Amy Slayton has escaped prison in Tennessee on drug and child abuse charges, breaking a plea deal that would put her on supervised probation.
According to court documents and media reports… Amy was sentenced to nearly 1 year of probation, meaning she won’t spend a single minute behind bars after pleading guilty to a “simple possession” drug charge.
His two other charges, child abuse and child endangerment, were dismissed, according to legal documents.
As part of her plea agreement with prosecutors, Amy will reportedly complete an alcohol and drug program and pay a $500 fine while having no contact with the Tennessee Safari Park in Crockett County.
As you may recall…it was on that safari where all the trouble started for Amy in September of this year.
Amy drove her 2 kids to the park to check out the exotic animals — but ended up being arrested after police said they found psychoactive mushrooms and marijuana in plain view inside her car.
To make matters worse, Amy was bitten by a camel and needed medical attention… TMZ has obtained a photo of Amy lying on a pier being lifted into an ambulance by paramedics.
In addition to the drug charges, Amy was charged with child abuse and child endangerment after officers found weed/bush in her car with children present, police said.
