New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch told CNN that NYPD investigators have reason to believe the suspect is no longer in the city.

Police say the shooter made his initial escape on a bicycle that was caught on surveillance cameras and entered Central Park.
The police have been released images of the suspect’s face … but so far his identity has not been revealed.
Meanwhile, NYPD Detective Sgt Joseph Kenney told CNN Police believe they have footage of the suspect leaving Central Park and taking a taxi to the Port Authority Bus Center.
Kenney said police are working to determine which bus the suspect may have been on, noting that buses from that station travel on the interstate.
