Two men were arrested for violating the curfew at the Palisades Fire evacuation zone not far from Vice. Kamala Harris“Property of Los Angeles.
The LAPD says they responded to the Brentwood neighborhood of VP on Saturday around 4:30 a.m. Two people were taken into custody for being in the area after a curfew due to ongoing wildfires.
Law enforcement sources reported NBC4 There is no evidence the men ever entered the VP property. The arrests come as security is heightened in the area due to the ongoing evacuation order for the Palisades Fire, which as of Saturday night had burned more than 23,000 acres and only 11% were isolated.
It is not clear whether the VP or any of his family members were at home at the time of the arrest.The deputy prime minister or his office have not yet commented on the incident.
