president-elect Donald Trump gets heavy Luigi Mangione and his fans after the assassination of the UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson In New York 2 weeks ago.
At a press conference Monday morning, Trump was asked what he thought about the case and his response to it, including the adoration of many online for suspected murderer Luigi Mangione, who was arrested last week in Pennsylvania.
Trump said… “I think it’s really scary that some people seem to admire him the way he does.”
How? TMZ reportsThere has been a nationwide backlash online in support of Mangione, as well as against Thompson and other healthcare company CEOs, promoting the safety of some executives.There was a wave of products supporting Mangione pulled from Etsy and other sites, and at least one online funding campaign has also been taken down.

“I was glad to see that it wasn’t specific to this gentleman, it was just a general illness as opposed to a specific illness,” Trump said Monday at his Mar-a-Lago property in Florida people can like this guy, it’s a disease, it’s actually really bad.”
Trump continued. “Something like that, you can’t believe that some people, and maybe it’s fake news, I don’t know, it’s hard to believe that it can even be thought of.”
Film producer Michael Moore has been suggested his thoughts on the case after it was revealed that he had allegedly been vetted manifest found At Mangione’s when he was arrested … allegedly detailing his anger at health care in the United States. Moore doesn’t condone the killing … but says he understands the public’s reaction to America’s health care system, writing, “The anger is 1000% justified.”

This case continues to cause strong reactions throughout the country. Mangione is currently facing charges in Pennsylvania and New York, where he is charged with second-degree murder.
