We’re all set for a busy day on Sky Sports Racing, with Southwell’s Flat action accompanied by Doncaster and Bangor’s Jumps cards.

2.40 Bangor-on-Dee v Mahland, Strachan and Pleasure De Flos clash

Mahland In his final start last season at Ffos Lass, he was off the mark over hurdles at the fifth attempt and looks like he could improve further in this area before taking over fences.

The pleasure of flossing has been good this year, winning five times since March and setting a career best when third at Cheltenham last month.He is to be feared under Jack Hogan.

Henry Daly Directly Broke his duck over hurdles when landing easily in the Uttoxeter Novices’ Handicap 19 days ago, but a 9lb addition to the weights means he should be on the move again.

5.45 Southwell – Recent winners Hatten and Alrazin headline

A competitive affair with several informed competitors taking the title.

The Gay Kelleway-exercise Alrazin A comfortable 3-year-old winner at Wolverhampton and this three-year-old reckons the rest should follow this winter.

David O’Meara’s Hatten returned to winning ways on his return to this track last month and was undiscovered over this extra distance, while Clockmaker deserves a mention on his second handicap start.
