ESPN:
Timothée Chalamet not only is he a master of his craft on screen, he also knows all things football, shocking everyone with his expert knowledge on College GameDay.
The actor stopped by the ESPN show to plug his new one Bob Dylan biopic, “Totally Unknown,” rocking a hat bearing the film’s name under a pink puffer jacket, and the guy dropped some serious sports hints by shocking Texas vs. Georgia in the SEC title game.
The Oscar nominee was full of energy, dropping stats like a pro, comparing team progress and even name-checking some lesser-known players.
Fans were unhappy with Timothy’s guest-picking skills, especially after his appearance was first announced, calling him unqualified given that he had never really shown any interest in college football.
So the moral of the story: Never judge a book by its cover.
