I’ve been in a slump for the past few weeks, mostly due to running out of ADHD meds. This has made it difficult for me to muster the motivation for tasks, including the gym. But I had an epiphany last week when I finally got to work: getting too little exercise was making things worse. In fact, physical activity may be the best way to deal with my ADHD symptoms while I wait for my prescription to be filled.
