Blake Livelythe claim against Justin Baldoni Also names several public relations professionals … and text messages included in the lawsuit allegedly show the lengths they went to to turn the public against him.
We broke the story … Lively is suing Baldoni for sexual harassment and what she claims is a concerted effort to destroy her reputation. In the lawsuit, Blake’s lawyers include text messages they recovered through subpoena. Melissa Nathan and: Jennifer Abeltwo PR prov.
It New York Times released photos of the messages Nathan and Abel allegedly sent each other … including one where they apparently gloat over Lively’s all-out destruction.
According to the lawsuit, Abel told Nathan that the online story was “so freaking good,” and Justin, presumably referring to Baldoni, called it a “total success.”
Nathan’s alleged response … “Most socialites are so pro-Justin and I don’t even agree with half of them lol.”
Lively’s team also accuses Nathan of saying he wanted to “plant pieces this week about how horrible it is to work with Blake” … even allegedly talking to an editor at a major news organization who was “ready when we are ready” to publish the stories.
The texts also mention a person by name Jed Wallace … who Nathan writes in one text is responsible for successfully changing the narrative about Lively and Baldoni on social media.
Nathan even writes in one text about people supporting Baldoni over Lively … saying it’s “really sad because it just shows people really want to hate women.”
One of the messages shows the confidence Nathan had in the strategy… Abel said he outsmarted him, and Nathan replied, “That’s why you hired me right.
As we told you … the text messages are just one part of a much larger lawsuit that accuses Baldoni of watching Lively while she was changing, talking about her sexual exploits and even showing her nude videos of his wife :
Baldoni’s lawyer, Brian Friedmancriticized the lawsuit, saying the claims were “false, outrageous and deliberately salacious with the intent to publicly offend”.
We have reached out to Nathan and Abel about the text messages…no word back yet.
