Tekashi 6ix9ine LA Fitness has gone to court, suing the gym over the brutal assault she suffered in 2023 that sent her straight to the hospital.
TMZ has obtained legal documents from Palm Beach County, Florida, which show the rapper is seeking more than $1 million in damages, alleging the gym failed to provide adequate security to prevent the brutal attack by three men labeled the Latin Kings. gang members: the suit at one of the company’s South Florida locations.
Tekashi – real name Daniel Hernandez – alleges that gym staff were not properly trained or briefed on LA Fitness’ safety protocols, alleging that employees failed to immediately request a police presence after learning of the assault.
She claims that because of LA Fitness’s negligence, she was brutally beatenbeing assaulted and robbed, resulting in bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, humiliation, medical expenses, loss of income and reduced quality of life.

TMZ obtained footage of the attack at the time, which shows Tekashi getting punched repeatedly while protecting his face.
He suffered injuries to his jaw, ribs and back, and three people were later arrested in connection with the attack.
