Taylor Swift apologized to Billboard for disrespecting her…sounds weird, right?
As we reported, TS was recognized by Billboard as the second biggest pop star of the 21st century. The point is … Billboard included a video celebrating her career, and in that video there’s a shot of Taylor naked; quick clarification… that’s not taylor, that’s a wax figure showing courtesy to his enemies.
You may remember that back in 2016, Kanye did a whole thing for his “Famous” music video … naked wax figures of celebrities, including Taylor. People were outraged at the time, especially the celebrities he featured, so it seemed like the video was destined for the deep archives.
No. Billboard included the shot in Taylor’s honor, and now the music mogul is apologizing… “We are deeply sorry for Taylor Swift and all of our readers and viewers for including a video celebrating Swift’s accomplishments. which portrayed him falsely.”
We’re guessing Billboard may be calling some of Taylor’s jabs, but the shot is now number 86 from the video.
Billboard has yet to reveal who is at #1, but with Rihanna, Drake, and Lady Gaga coming in at No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5, respectively, it’s clear that Beyoncé will take the top spot.
We’ll see how many people complain about it.
