NUMBER is suing Sabrina Peterson for defamation more than 3 years after she sued the rapper and slandered him … including claiming he once held a gun to her head.
In new court documents obtained by TMZ … TI claims he and his family ended their friendship with Sabrina, saying she wasn’t a “positive” influence.
The rapper claims that Sabrina rejected him from this decision and in turn became obsessed with him and his family… leading the SP to harass and threaten them by posting “false” and “baseless” allegations about them on social media.
TI says Sabrina’s posts about her and her family are defamatory and uploaded for the sole purpose of harassing those close to her.
The rapper says he’s not the first person to be victimized by Sabrina’s online behavior … claiming others have successfully sought legal protection from her alleged antics.
TI is seeking unspecified damages … claiming he was harmed by his actions.
This is just the latest update in the legal saga between TI and Sabrina … who? sued TI and his wife Little onefor defamation in 2021.
As TMZ previously reported, Sabrina claimed the couple tarnished her good name after she spoke out about the music mogul allegedly holding a gun to her head.
He also previously suggested that TI and Tiny were using drugs and sexually assaulting women.
TI and Tiny denied the allegations after their lawyer described it as a “false shock campaign”.
