It’s a classic one of our favorite cold-weather meals Shepherd’s pie. In this quality-classic version, you will find a large erggiie from the store sweet potato. In traditional shepherd’s pie, especially the switch “ From white potatoes (Or if you prefer the taste!).
Sweet Potato Shepherd’s Pie Recipe
You may be surprised that you can use sweet potatoes to make shepherd’s pie. While white potatoes are key in traditional Irish cuisine, one cannot use sweet potatoes! And our family really likes the taste. White potatoes or sweet potatoes are not better, it’s really just a matter of preference.
If you are looking at the whole 30, this does not allow milk (and sweet potatoes to be saved), then this version is easy to use. It’s not only healthy and easy, but it’s also paleo, gluten-free, and can easily be dairy-free.

I make this recipe because it’s easy to find, but you can use ground lamb for a more traditional flavor. If you want a lower calorie or fat version, ground turkey works well. Although I am not a vegetarian, I feel better than the meat of the house.
Quick tips
You can share them ahead of time to save time on sweet potatoes. I already make it sometimes during the week and I take it out of the fridge when needed. You can bake it for about an hour until it is soft. For the version created, it takes about 10 minutes for sweet potatoes, then it is used for this recipe.

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. To simplify, unstructured, structured, shepherd’s pie in a freezer-safe container and tightly wrapped. Let it cool in the fridge before baking at 350 for 30 minutes. I will check the recipe and half the fridge later.

Sweet Potato Shepherd’s Pie Recipe
This shepherd takes a creamy sweet potato wedges on a plate. This is a family favorite in our house and my kids love to help make the layers.

Preheat the oven to 350°F

Brown the meat over medium heat.

Mix in 1 teaspoon of salt and the rest of the season and transfer to a large bowl.

Beat the onion and kale until it is slightly soft and add to the meat.

Pour the mixed vegetables into the skillet and heat over low heat.

As the vegetables grow, add the melted sweet butter and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt until smooth.

Add mixed vegetables to the meat mixture, sprinkle on the mixture and turn to filter.

Pour the meat/vegetable mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and spread in a single layer. Add boiled sweet potatoes and stir well.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes at 350°F.

Is it a cake or a cottage cake?
