SaltDrop Founder Dino Malvone Shares Why Greta Gerwig Loves His Flowy and Dynamic Mat-Based Workouts

Work. A drop of salt founder and fitness instructor Dino Malvone opened his mat-based workout studio in New York City in 2022, and since then celebrities including: Greta Gerwig they flocked to the space to try his beat classes, which combine low-impact cardio, strength training and rhythmic movement.

“I started SaltDrop because I felt there was a gap in the fitness world for something that was intense but didn’t punish the body. … Our classes are different because they’re not about pushing or obsessing over the physical.” : is about the feeling, both in your body and in the moment,” she tells ET.
