Justin Baldonithe accusation of Ryan Reynolds Scolding and yelling at him in a star-studded house ambush match is too confusing… this, according to a source at the match.
Baldoni faced several charges Blake Lively and husband RR file a $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times … claiming the Deadpool star was aggressive toward JB during a meeting at the couple’s New York home when the celebrity pals they come and go.
Our source tells TMZ … the meeting did end up happening last January because I Ends With Us was set to resume production after it was halted due to industry strikes … and everyone in attendance knew Baldoni’s alleged behavior had to was resolved… so there was zero blinding.
The source says RR wasn’t yelling or berating JB, although the source admits he was “angry and stern,” adding that Reynold’s speech was “passionate” but didn’t rise to the level of yelling or insulting.
Baldoni said in his lawsuit that the encounter with Reynolds was “traumatic” and that he had “never been spoken to like that” in his life.

The source also disputes the way the meeting was described in the lawsuit … specifically the reference to the penthouse where other stars were randomly hanging around. The meeting was at Reynolds and Lively’s home, but our source says no other celebrities were coming and going.
Baldoni is not alone suing the Times … he is one of 10 plaintiffs, including publicists Melissa Nathan and: Jennifer Abelwhich were mentioned at length in Lively’s original complaint and in the newspaper story.
Lively has filed a lawsuit filing a formal demand for money, suing Baldoni and others, including publicists, for mental pain and suffering, severe emotional distress and lost wages.
Baldoni’s lawyer, Brian Friedmanhad previously criticized Lively’s claims, saying they were designed to “fix her negative reputation”, adding that the claims were “false, outrageous and deliberately immoral with the intention of publicly offending”.
We’ve reached out to Freedman for comment on the recent pushback…so far, no word back.
