A Los Angeles home with deep ties to both the Kardashians and family OJ Simpson The murder trial is on the market … TMZ has learned.
Real estate sources tell TMZ … the Encino, Calif. residence the comedian currently owns. Russell Petersis now on the market, several years after he snapped up the historic property for $5.6 million.
Russell is looking to unload the estate for $5.995 million … which would net him a decent profit if it’s bought at this price, and we’re sure the residence will have some takers given its unique history.
For those unfamiliar with the pad’s fascinating history, the San Fernando Valley abode once belonged to the Kardashian patriarch, Robert Kardashian Sr.
Sure, the property has changed hands and undergone renovations several times since Rob Sr. lived inside it… but many still recognize the home’s address as the vault where O. 1994 Nicole Brown Simpson and: Ron Goldman. Remember, Rob Sr. was good friends with OJ at the time and was known as a member of his legitimate Dream Team.
True crime buffs won’t see any remnants of the infamous trial at the estate, however… the house has been completely rebuilt in recent years, allowing it to boast a number of impressive amenities.
The modern mansion includes 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 8,000 square feet of living space. In addition, the home features floor-to-ceiling windows, a floating staircase, a custom pool and spa, a fire pit and a barbecue center, among other luxurious amenities.
