the fatal beating of Robert Brooks TMZ has learned that it was caught on terrifying body cam footage from a New York City corrections officer.
The FBI said in a statement to TMZ… “The FBI Albany Field Office and the Department of Justice are investigating Robert L. The facts and circumstances surrounding Brooks’ death to determine the appropriate federal response. As this is an ongoing review, we cannot comment further at this time.”

The footage also shows one officer repeatedly kicking Brooks as the other officers hold him back.At one point, the officers lift Brooks up by his neck… his face is covered in blood and he can’t even support his weight.

The horrific and extreme nature of the deadly attack on Brooks. As viewers can see, Mr. Brooks was fatally beaten by a group of officers whose job it was to protect him. He deserved to live, and everyone else who lives in Mars Correctional Institution deserves to know that they don’t have to live with prison officials. by fear of violence”.
We also spoke with the New York State Police … who told us they’re also part of the growing investigation into Brooks’ death.
Brooks’ autopsy results have yet to be released by the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office.
