Peter Thomas“A prison sentence is not the only thing he is dealing with in his tax case. a judge simply imposed a series of conditions on his supervised release when he gets out of prison.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star must join a substance abuse testing program during her two years of supervised release when she completes her 18-month prison sentence.
He has to abide by the terms of his supervised release… and it looks like his probation officer will be watching him and may search him if they have reason to suspect something is up.
This is not all. he was also ordered to refrain from excessive alcohol consumption and cannot purchase, use or mix with any narcotic or drug-like substance.
As we mentioned earlier this month, Thomas was slapped a year and a half in prison After pleading guilty to tax evasion, he will serve his time in a facility as close to Miami as they can get him.
In addition to his supervised release, Peter also received a $2.5 million restitution bill to pay the IRS.
Looks like Peter has learned his lesson. he posted a video on his IG before the sentencing, urging business owners to learn from his mistakes.
