MLB is great Pete Rose will be buried in Nov… 14-hour visitation with his family for fans at the Cincinnati Reds’ Great American Ball Park.
The team revealed the plans Thursday … saying it will be an all-day event from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., symbolizing Charlie Hustle’s jersey number.
It will be free and open to the public… The Reds say they would like fans to “join, honor his incredible legacy and say goodbye.”
Rose’s family will then hold a private memorial service for Rose following the visitation.
The Redskins also announced that the Hit King will be honored at a game on May 14, 2025, which will be “Pete Rose Day.”
Her family thanked the supporters who followed Rose his death … saying: “We are deeply moved by the overwhelming love and support of the people of Cincinnati, the entire baseball community and the fans as we mourn the loss of our beloved father, grandfather and brother, Pete Rose.”
As we reported earlier, Rose died on September 30 at her home in Las Vegas.
Rose, a 17-time All-Star, played for the Reds, Phillies and Expos during his 24-year MLB career and won three World Series … and was named Fall Classic MVP in 1975.
