Abel and: Olathe lawyer of Gloria V. RodriguezTells TMZ … The Osundairos respect the court’s decision to overturn Jussi’s conviction because the case was more about Jussi’s deal with prosecutors than his innocence or guilt.
The brothers say the jury got it right when they returned a guilty verdict against Jusi… and Abel and Ola stand by their affidavit.
As we reported … Jusi made a deal with the state prosecutor Kim Foxx when he was originally prosecuted … and it required him to perform community service and pay $10,000 in exchange for the charges being dropped.

Prosecutors eventually went back on their deal, succumbing to public pressure.They tried Jussi in court, and he was found guilty and sentenced to prison.
It conviction overturned Thursday … the Illinois Supreme Court ruled Jussi’s plea deal with Cook County prosecutors had to be honored.
Abel and Ola tear down the request … saying it was a “sweetheart deal that only celebrity, social status and influence can afford.”
The brothers add… “Justice can never be achieved when it’s the result of handshakes in the hallway, backroom talk, and misleading statements to the public.”
But, a deal’s a deal… and Osundairo’s brothers say the court got it right in the end.
