OJ Simpson‘s debts are about to come crashing down, that is, if someone buys his most valuable and X-rated asset.
Malcolm LaverneSimpson’s longtime attorney and executor of his estate tells TMZ that his stash of prison pornography from his days at the Nevada State Penitentiary are available.
Yes, OJ and his friends were allowed to read mags like Penthouse, and it turns out he had quite a collection.
Malcolm reports that Simpson was a big fan of porn, both watching and reading it, even while incarcerated. How he got his hands on the pile of magazines while serving time for his memorable 2008 burglary case remains unclear, but it’s no wonder that inmates get their hands on such content.
after OJ’s 2017 – meaning from prison – we’re told he hid Penthouse’s problems because he then had access to free porn on his phone and computer.
That’s not all… Malcolm says he might even put OJ’s Trojan condoms on the auction block. Magnums, we’re told.
Malcolm says he hopes to hold the auction in early 2025, but nothing is set in stone yet.
As we previously reported … LaVergne was aiming to bring in over $269,000 from one of OJ’s homes, but that’s still just a drop in the bucket compared to the total amount creditors are lining up to collect.
There is still a large $33.5 million judgment that OJ owes the families of his victims from a 1997 wrongful death lawsuit.
OJ was acquitted at his murder trial, but was later found guilty of her death Nicole Brown Simpson and: Ron Goldman In Santa Monica Civil Court.Although OG’s judgment was $33.5 million, the unpaid debt reportedly totaled nearly $100 million.
To top it all off, OJ’s estate was recently hit with a $500,000 tax lien from the state of California.
We’re not sure what the market is like for used porn, especially for prison-use mags, but hey…desperate times.
