Authorities now say the gunman who killed at least 15 people and injured dozens more when he plowed his truck through a huge crowd of New Orleans revelers has gotten help … and accomplices are still at large.
42 years old Shamsood-Dean Jabbar was killed in the infamous Bourbon Street attack.CNN obtained surveillance video of his pickup truck as he maneuvered it around a police car and then sped into the crowd.A large survey was attached to the back of the truck.
The FBI is reportedly looking for 3 men and 1 woman who were caught on surveillance video apparently planting explosives.They have not been taken into custody.
Jabbar had an ISIS flag on his truck, clearly indicating this was a terrorist attack.

Authorities say Jabbar was driving at a high rate of speed and driving through barricades before plowing his car into the crowd as he fired his rifle, hitting two police officers.
Witnesses say he was wearing a full body armor.When Jabbar got out of his truck with a gun… police shot him.
mayor LaToya Cantrell says the driver clearly intended to kill as many people as possible.
FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncanwho heads the agency’s New Orleans field office, said at least one improvised explosive device was found at the scene.
The victims were taken to 5 hospitals in the New Orleans area.
The Sugar Bowl, which was due to take place at City’s Super Dome on Wednesday, has been postponed by 24 hours, but it is being debated whether it is safe to do so given that there are other suspects at large.
