Real estate sources tell TMZ … Kourtney and Jared closed on a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom 3,040-square-foot home in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley last week.
We’re told the property is perfect for honeymooners as it boasts a number of impressive features, including a resort-style patio with mountain views, a heated pool and spa, and a state-of-the-art stand-alone barbeque perfect for entertaining.
The bombshell and her filmmaker husband’s new property sits behind a gated entrance and has ample parking for up to 8 cars.This was a priority for the two…because we’re told privacy and comfort were top priorities for Courtney and Jared.
Courtney and Jared who got married In an intimate ceremony in Palm Springs in early December, they are clearly settling into married life despite the couple deciding to tie the knot at the last minute.
We broke the story … the couple is engaged in June, which came as a bit of a surprise to fans as the TV personality had called off her engagement to her ex-fiancé Chris Sheng a little less than a year ago.
However, Kourtney couldn’t be happier with her new husband … sources close to the couple tell us they’re enjoying their quiet life in the Valley.
