The description of the altercation matches a video of Diaz that was released in September. In the footage, you can see Diaz and a man in what appears to be a shoving match at Omnia’s entrance before Diaz swipes the man’s face, knocking his glasses off his friend’s nose.
The gunmen were eventually separated by other security officers … and when officers arrived on the scene, Diaz was gone, the documents state.
Court records show that an arrest warrant was later issued for Diaz … and now the 39-year-old man is being charged with a misdemeanor.
