Morgan Wallen he pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges for dropping his chair… and will spend seven days in a DUI education center.
Warwick RobinsonMorgan’s attorney tells TMZ … The singer-songwriter pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of reckless endangerment.
He was sentenced to seven days in jail, which he will serve at the DUI Center, a program that provides “Tennessee’s newest alternative sentencing for DUI, reckless driving and reckless endangerment offenders,” according to the program’s website. — after which he will be on probation for two years. He must also pay a $350 fine and court costs.
remember Wallen was arrested back in April after police said he threw a chair from Chief’s, a rooftop bar in Nashville, onto the street below.

It didn’t hit anyone on the street, but Wallen was still arrested and charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

We received video as the chair came off the roof, catching its landing.Video of Wallen being handcuffed by authorities has also gone viral.
Wallen came out shortly after the incident … saying he needs to make amends with some people in his life before speaking publicly, then added that he’s not proud of his behavior and takes responsibility for his actions.
Morgan’s attorney says his client has apologized … and adds that he “remains committed to making a positive impact through his music and foundation.”
