At any time, I can cut down on meal prep time or simplify things. I want something quick and easy with the kids at home (including the neighbors kids most days!). I also do not want to pay for the easy sacrifice.

Storing your meatballs
These will not last very long in our house as my children will use them. They store well up to a week before they are needed. I will make a double batch for dinner so that we can have a snack for lunch the next day.
You can also freeze and drain chicken meat for future meals. Once you have the meatballs and the soup in front of them in one layer, place them on the prescribed width paper. After a few hours, transfer from a zip top bag in the refrigerator. Note that they need to be fully cooked or cooked in a log before burning the meatballs.
