Luigi Mangione says he’s not guilty of killing Unitedhealthcare CEO Brian Thompson – he pleaded not guilty Monday morning in New York state court.
Mangio has pleaded not guilty to 11 state charges, including first-degree murder, second-degree murder as a crime of terrorism and numerous weapons charges.

Mangion faces life in prison without parole if convicted Thompson’s murder last month when he checked into the Midtown Hilton Hotel.
This was the second time Mangione has pleaded not guilty appeared in federal court last week to charges that could carry the death penalty if convicted.
