It seems Lil Xan Last week, he wasn’t unscathed after he roughed up a concert-goer… ‘Cause it appears the rapper was body-slammed right after.
In an exclusive video obtained by TMZ … LX is seen being tackled and tackled by the bigger guy … not long after he threw a microphone at a man in the audience before kicking him in the face.
It’s unclear if the guy who knocked Lil Xan to the ground was security, but whoever it was, it was clear he didn’t take no nonsense.
Just before the Slam, Lil Xan was forcibly escorted off stage at Royal Nightclub in Boston, with a new video showing Xan throwing his arms around before being body-slammed.

It’s unclear why the initial incident happened, though another angle appears to show the boy walking away from the LX before Twenty throws the microphone at him.
We’re told security tried to stop Xan after it all went down, but he took off, and law enforcement sources tell us cops were called just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

Law enforcement sources say the call was for an assault and battery … and the man in the pit refused medical attention at the scene.
Police also say they were told that Xan assaulted 2 other people as he was leaving the club. they were told police were looking for Xan, it’s unclear if they’ve caught him yet.
