Roger NorrisThe legal team has filed new documents obtained by TMZ in Argentina, and he’s basically arguing that he’s not the one to be investigated … claiming that the CasaSur Palermo hotel played a big role in the matter. Liam’s death.
In the documents, Roger says the hotel did not have a 24-hour doctor … even though he says it is required by law to have one.
Roger claims the hotel failed to effectively keep Liam safe… he says the hotel’s operations manager knew Liam was drunk and on drugs… and says the hotel should have had a doctor present from the moment Liam checked in.
In the documents, Roger says… “The world famous person was at that very moment in obvious signs of going through a drug-induced crisis, and they didn’t even make an effort to cover their legal costs there. Missing a 24-hour doctor.”
What’s more, Roger says that the hotel knew Liam was in the bender for three days in a row and did nothing about it… and he says he wasn’t the one who left Liam alone, insisting that it was actually the hotel manager who left Liam alone. left a room in his home before his fatal fall from the balcony.
Roger claims Liam was clearly trying to escape the hotel after staff physically carried him to his room … and he says Liam had a hat and bag with him when he fell, which also shows , that he was trying to leave the hotel.
