The singer-songwriter brought her ‘Deeper Well’ world tour to Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida … performing her hits to a packed crowd when she got a little too close with an overly smitten fan.
Watch the video … KM is playing a song when a fan reaches out and roughly grabs him, basically spinning him around.
Musgraves takes the mic from her mouth and seems to say “What is that?” to the fan before shaking her head and walking on.
The consummate professional, Casey didn’t make much of the moment and continued with the show… but it’s safe to say she was pretty pissed off by the scary moment.
It’s unclear if the person who grabbed Musgraves was kicked out of the venue, though some online are claiming that’s exactly what happened.

Of course, singers have been dealing with a lot of nefarious acts from fans in recent days… Zach Bryan then stopped his concerts on two separate occasions receiving objects thrown at him and: Kelsey Ballerini taking a bracelet on the face last year.
Chalk this one up to over-excitement… although we don’t think Casey is ignoring this incident.
