Justin BaldoniWilliam Morris Endeavor has severed ties with the embattled actor … hours after Blake Lively filed a lawsuit.
Sources with direct knowledge confirmed the news to TMZ after multiple reports surfaced.
Although no official reason has been given, it comes after her former co-star Lively filed a lawsuitof sexual harassment and a concerted effort to destroy his reputation.
We broke the story … in the suit, Lively claims production on “It Ends With Us” became so toxic that the film had to stop and hold a meeting with the cast about the alleged misconduct.

Among the topics of discussion, according to the lawsuit … Baldoni allegedly showed Blake a nude picture, talked about a past “porn addiction,” discussed sexual exploits and mentioned Blake’s weight.
These demands and others were accepted by the studio, according to the lawsuit … although differences in the film’s marketing strategy remained.
Blake also claims Baldoni and two crisis PR gurus. Melissa Nathan and: Jennifer Abel — is busy trying to damage his reputation … including a series implied messages obtained through civil proceedings.
Justin’s lawyer… Brian Friedman — the claim is called claims to be “false, vehement, and deliberately pitiful with intent to publicly offend” … adding that Blake only introduced it in an attempt to restore his image.
We’ve reached out to Baldoni about being fired from WME, which also reportedly represents Blake, so far no word back.
