Greek yogurt flow
- 4 Oz Cream cheese (soft)
- ½ Cup Plain Greek yogurt (whole milk for extra texture)
- 2 Tbsp Raw honey (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Take out the vanilla
- 1 Pinching Salt salt

In a large bowl, sift flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and coconut sugar.

Add the Greek yogurt and add the melted coconut oil, until you have a smooth dough. If the batter feels too dry, add milk or until it’s done, one tablespoon at a time.

Knead gently for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Roll the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of 1 inch. Spread the excess butter on the surface.

Mix the coconut sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle briefly on the slices.

8 logs tightly rolled into 8 poles.

Place the rolls in an 8×8-inch baking pan or greased with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees F, Ed Grade HRV, until golden brown. Close a little before disappearing.

In a medium bowl or mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, salt and (optional) protein powder. Mix until thick and creamy. Spread generously on warm, but not hot rolls.

These are still very good when warmed from the container and fresh. If you know you won’t be eating them right away, save the fresh fruit before serving. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
