I have a Caesar salad dressing story. Many years ago, before I loved salads (yes, I know!) I thought I didn’t like creamy Caesar dressing. I just needed to give it a chance! Since then I have come up with this homework Classic Caesar Salad Wear it and it’s great!

Homemade Caesar dressing with real food ingredients like olive oil, garlic and apple cider vinegar.

Whisk room-temperature raw egg yolks in a medium bowl. Or use a low speed mixer.

Add the apple cider vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste and Parmesan cheese, if using, and blend until creamy.

Slowly add the olive oil, using a fork or mixer on low speed until combined.

Season to taste.

If you still want a “cheesy” taste without dairy, try adding nutritional yeast paste instead of Parmesan cheese.
Tips for making Caesar dressing
This recipe is best once it’s made properly, but you can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
If the dressing is not well incorporated, your egg may be too cold! If necessary, let sit at room temperature for an additional 10 minutes and stir or stir again.
