Gal Gadot went through a terrible health problem before giving birth to her fourth child, day … saying he had a huge blood clot and he needed emergency surgery to save his life.
The actress shared a photo of herself nursing her baby girl … lying on a hospital bed looking completely exhausted, and she explains why Instagram caption.
Gadot says this year has been one of the hardest of her life … admitting she struggled with whether or not to share this story and ultimately decided she needed to let her heart guide her.
GG says she was diagnosed with a blood clot back in February, when she was eight months pregnant, and endured excruciating headaches for weeks before finally getting an MRI to diagnose the problem.
Gadot says she was rushed to the hospital … and underwent emergency surgery hours after she got there.
Gal writes: “My daughter, Ori, was born in that moment of uncertainty and fear. Her name, which means ‘my light,’ was not chosen by chance. Before the surgery, I told Yaron that when our daughter comes, she will be the light that awaits me.” at the end of the tunnel.”

In the end, Gal says she made a full recovery… and encourages people to be in tune with their bodies because awareness saves lives.
She also says that more pregnant women deal with these blood clots than many may know…and she’s trying to bring attention to this medical complication for other moms.
Ori is Gado’s fourth child. His other three children… Alma, Maya:and: Daniella – were born in 2011, 2017, 2021, respectively.
Gadot has a few movies coming out next year… but it looks like work was the last thing on her mind this year.
