Francesca Eastwood will not face criminal charges following his recent domestic violence arrest … TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the DA decided not to prosecute the case in October, citing insufficient evidence.
We’re told the alleged victim in the case, Francesca’s boyfriend, won’t cooperate with law enforcement and refused medical treatment … therefore, the DA’s office is not prosecuting.
That’s good news for Francesca … who was was arrested in mid-October after she was allegedly physically assaulted while driving in Beverly Hills.
We’re told she called police, who advised her to drive to the Beverly Hills Police Department to meet with officers.
Francesca and a friend showed up, the police spoke to the couple… and after noticing the physical injuries on her body, proceeded to arrest Francesca.
FE posted a $50,000 bond and was released from custody.We’re told the friend refused treatment at the police station.
Eastwood has many films to his credit, appearing in projects such as his father’s True Crime, Jersey Boys, The Old, and Jury No. 2. He has a role in the upcoming sports biographical movie “Queen of the Ring”.
