We’re told The Best Ever is taking over the corner unit at 6th Avenue (and 47th Street) in Manhattan … a place she frequented for luxury shopping.
The property, located at 1196 6th Ave. at, has offices, a diamond exchange … and even a large, income-generating billboard.
“I used to shop at the diamond exchange when I was young,” Mayweather said in a statement.
“With hard work and dedication, anything is possible,” he added.
Floyd is, of course, best known for his work in the ring… but in retirement, the boxing legend has become a bit of a real estate mogul bought more than 60 buildings In a deal worth $402 million in New York, he also earned a stake in the iconic Versace Mansion in Miami in November.
Floyd’s latest NYC deal, a huge stretch for the boxing great, was facilitated by Maurice Betesh of Arrow Real Estate Advisors.
