@wpbf_ari:
In the documents, officers wrote that a witness told them they saw a 36-year-old man Junior Boucher an argument with a 65-year-old man Brian Hiltebritel … when they heard Hiltebritel shouting: “He’s trying to kill me.”
Boucher allegedly struck Hiltebritel several times with several clubs before the two ended up in the pond.
“Once in the water,” officers said, a witness told them, “Boucher jumped on Hiltebritel and appeared to choke him. Boucher then got off Hiltebritel, who was no longer moving, grabbed a golf club and several even hit him in the head.”
Police said a witness said Busher got out of the water, took off his clothes and started to walk away.
Police said when they arrived at the scene, Boucher tried to elude officers, but after they used an electronic control weapon, they were able to take him into custody.
As for Hiltebrital, police wrote in documents that life-saving efforts were made, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Boucher appeared in court Tuesday on a charge of first-degree murder … and a judge denied bond during the trial.Boucher is now set to return to court next month.
It’s still unclear what relationship Boucher has with Hiltebritel… Police are expected to speak on the matter later Tuesday.
