
An Eagles fan who berated a female Packers fan in Philly is officially fired … the hothead’s now-former employer is calling out his behavior … while also knocking people who trashed their business online.
TMZ Sports spoke with the co-founders of BCT Partners Lawrence Hibbert and: Dr. Randall Pinkett — who appeared in Season 4 The student — who hit out at the former project manager Ryan Caldwell For his actions in a now-viral video in which he called a Green Bay fan a “dumb ugly f***.”

“I can’t say enough about how abhorrent the behavior we observed was and how saddened I was to see someone who was associated with our company at the time engage in such behavior,” Pinkett said.
Lawrence and Randall said they immediately knew it was Caldwell after watching the video, and they began investigating “as quickly as they could.”
“It was a deliberative process, it was a quick process, and we think it was a fair process.”
While the company itself has clearly done nothing wrong … BCT has come under intense social media scrutiny as people discover where Ryan works has been “really hard”.
“It hurts,” he said. “But we also believe that we can stand on our history, and we wanted to take these opportunities to confirm the fact that we can still, even in difficult times, act on our value system by doing what we do. . believe it’s true.”
Pinkett criticized some of the comments online, describing some as “vile”.
“That’s the problem with the culture we’ve created that we’re in, there’s no room for grace. There’s only two extremes: you’re good or you’re broke.”
