Diddy he’s facing a new rape allegation that dates back to before he became famous… and the alleged victim says it went down at an already infamous New York event.
The accuser posing as A Jane Doesays he attended a December 1991 charity basketball event at the City College of New York sponsored by then-up-and-coming producer Sean “Puffy” Combs.
He and a friend were invited by an unnamed rapper to appear at the event, he claims. when he and his friend arrived, he says the crowd outside was large and unruly, and he convinced security to let him and his friend in early.
Inside, they couldn’t find the rapper, and the woman claims they were taken to the locker room office at the gym where Combs had a makeshift locker. She says she didn’t know who Puffy was at the time and asked if he could help her meet him. with his rapper boyfriend and Diddy said he would.
However, she claims that Combs gave her a plastic cup that she said contained Coca-Cola and she took a sip, immediately felt uncomfortable and got up to leave, but she claims Combs blocked her. himself
According to a lawsuit filed by his attorney Tony Buzbyhe started touching her and fondling her … and overpowered her when she started to struggle. She claims he pushed her, ripped her underwear, then raped her.
She then says she told Combs she was going to tell her rapper friend what happened, and she claims Combs threatened her not to because “people could be missing.”
The prosecution says Combs then left to do something at the event … and he found his friend and they left.The suit says the scene outside was chaotic as people ran in every direction.
He’s referring to the stampede that broke out because the ’91 event was oversold; 9 people diedand many were wounded. The headline for the day was the late great Heavy Dwho signed to Uptown Records … the label where Combs got his start.
