The attorney stopped by CNN on Wednesday to talk about it his recent lawsuit on behalf of three of his clients… and, he says, the similar themes in their stories caught his attention early on.

Giuffra says abusers like Diddy are accused of all have patterns … adding that former Hollywood producer Weinstein had them too.
While Giuffra admits there are differences in his clients’ stories, they have the same bottom line…they claim they entered Diddy’s orbit, he allegedly gave them a drink that made them feel bad, and then they say are the ones who woke up to their sodomizing tycoon.

Giuffra cites a statement one of her clients specifically made … when Didi allegedly told the man she was raping that it would be over soon.
Combs’ legal team tells TMZ … “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and we will take action against any unethical attorney who made trumped-up claims against him,” so he denies everything, right? just as it did when the suit was first filed.
As you know… Diddy is locked up at MDC Brooklyn. is preparing for his trial next May facing charges transportation for racketeering, sex trafficking and prostitution.
Many people have filed civil lawsuits against Diddy, including these three men, who chose to remain anonymous, each claiming they woke up when Diddy sodomized them.
Weinstein’s attorney Arthur Aidala slams Giuffra for comparing the two men, telling TMZ… “It is an absolute lie to say that Harvey Weinstein had a pattern of drugging and sexually assaulting women. No accuser has ever made that claim to do is reckless and irresponsible. Weinstein and Mr. Combs could not be more different in New York. Mr. Weinstein is a troubled man awaiting his trial to finally clear his name here.”
