Courtney Stodden took his relations Jared Safier to the next level … the reality star and the director got married.
By: Us WeeklyKourtney and Jared decided to have a “last minute” wedding in Palm Springs, California with just 20 guests at their Casa de Monte Vista estate Samantha Scarlett showed off their happy union by posting a photo of the bride and groom kissing on Instagram.
TMZ told when the couple is engaged in June … a year after that stopped things with her ex-fiancé Chris Sheng.
As Kourtney told the magazine, she and her beau started planning the wedding 3 weeks ago … noting that they didn’t have a date in mind at first. However, when they realized their families would be in town for Thanksgiving, Kourtney and Jared decided it was ” It’s the perfect time to do it.”
She added… “It’s the holidays, it’s already stressful, and we just bought a house together, so we’re dealing with that. Our family was like, and we say “Yes. It felt like the right time.”
For Lara’s nuptials, Kourtney chose to wear a $60,000 vintage wedding dress and a family heirloom, the ring her father gave back to her mother when they said “I do.”
Kourtney, a famous vegetarian, fed her wedding guests an all-vegan menu, including carrot cake, after they exchanged their vows.
Both Kourtney and Jared have been giddy since their nuptials, with the TV producer praising the TV personality as his “best friend and the love of my life”.
KS expressed a similar sentiment, saying that “everything that has happened up to this point has brought me here.”
This is Kourtney’s 2nd marriage, having previously been married to an actor Doug Hutchison back in 2011, when she was controversially just 16 and he was 50. The couple have been on and off for nearly a decade, eventually splitting for good in 2020.
In fact, while speaking to the paper, Kourtney seemed to take a dig at her ex-husband … saying that this union was “totally my decision” this time around.
She added… “I think the marriage I went through in Vegas was so quick and I couldn’t process it since I was 16. So this is so important for me to finally make the choice. I don’t have to sign this one.
She almost walked down the aisle again with her aforementioned ex-fiancé Sheng, who she was engaged to from 2021 to 2023. However, as TMZ previously reported … Kourtney pulled the Titanic when she decided shower her huge engagement ring down to the toilet after they broke up.
