Amateur side West Hull edged out National Conference League rivals Hunslet ARLFC 24-18 for 13th-hour winners St Helens in the Betfred Challenge Cup.
Gooole Vikings stunned London Broncos in their first fixture as a professional club, beating them 17-10 at Rosslyn Park to take on Wakefield Trinity.
The Vikings, coached by three-time Cup winner and former England forward Scott Taylor, came from 10-0 down to claim victory.
The Broncos team only fielded a handful of regulars from the league team for the duration, but they initially looked to win after two early tries, but Tom Helaice scored for the Vikings in the first half and they dominated the second period.
Former Leeds center Thomas Minn brought them level with a long-range effort, then the former Hull Football Academy feature scored a try and record-half Reece Reece added a drop.
They will be joined in the last 32 by two other community clubs, York Acor Blk and West London Warriors, who face the brunt of the Super League workload respectively.
York Acorn were the most successful community club in the 2024 Cup as they won four matches to earn a fifth round tie in Halifax.
Meanwhile, the Southern Conference League West Warriors thrashed British Army 36-18 to make the 14-hour cup holders stomach winners.
